Ohio State Chiropractic Board Fees and Services

 


Please allow up to 7-10 days for the processing of all rosters and license verifications.

*All requests must be submitted to the Board office
in writing with the appropriate fee.

Exam Candidates		   $0.00 Posted on website free of charge.
Duplicate audit/renewal card		   $0.00 Request must be made in writing.

Chiropractic License Renewal

   $500.00 Renewals sent mid January - all licenses expire 3/31 of even numbered years.
Acupuncture License Renewal   $100.00 Renewals sent mid January - all certificates expire 3/31 of even numbered years.
