License Renewal

The online license renewal window is open from January 31 to March 31, 2018 - the renewal fee is $500

Please refer to your renewal email for detailed registration and renewal instructions.

If the Board’s renewal message is not in your inbox or spam folder, this means you either do not have an email address on file with the Board, or the email address you are using does not match the Board’s records. Licensees must have a valid email address on file with the Board in order to establish an online account and complete the renewal process.

File your email address, including your name, at (Please allow 1 day for processing.) Once the Board staff updates your email address, you will then be able to log in and renew your license.

Only one email address may be used per licensee. Licensees may not share the same email address.

Failure to renew your chiropractic license by midnight March 31st will result in forfeiture of your license. There is a $150 penalty fee to reinstate forfeited licenses.

Tips for Successful Online Renewal

  1. Check your spam folder for your renewal email notification before contacting the Board
  2. Use Chrome or Fire Fox as your web browser - eLicense is not compatible with Explorer
  3. Set aside at least 30 minutes to renew your license

  6. Renew your license early - March 31 is a Saturday-the Board office and the eLicense Customer Service Center WILL BE CLOSED


Can I renew with a paper application or a check?
No, online renewal and online payment is mandatory.

What if I don't have an email account?  
A free email account may be obtained through providers such as Hotmail, Google Mail, Yahoo Mail, etc.

I do not have a credit card, OR I do not have a Visa or Mastercard, OR
I do not use credit cards on the internet. How can I pay the renewal fee?

eLicense will accept pre-paid debit cards that can be purchased at local grocery or department store outlets.

Deadline is midnight, Saturday, March 31, 2018
The Board office and the eLicense Customer Service center are
CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays
