ADMINISTRATIVE/LICENSING DIVISION:

Kelly A. Caudill
Executive Director
Chief enforcement officer for the Board, enforcing the laws and rules governing the practice of chiropractic in Ohio. Oversees all activities and programs of the Board office and carries out directives of the Board.

Elizabeth N. Moore
Executive Assistant
The Board's office manager, responsible for the administration of clerical support, personnel, training, telecommunications, fiscal, travel, payroll and employee benefit issues. Serves as liaison to the Board members for their administrative support needs.

Laurie Allison
Licensing Coordinator
Coordinates all licensing, renewal and continuing education. Processes address changes, requests for license verification and rosters.

M. Kate Borloglou
Paralegal
Researches records and gathers information to assist legal and enforcement staff. Conducts basic investigations into minor violations of the Board's laws and rules. Monitors and ensures compliance of licensees on probation or subject to monitoring. Maintains database of disciplinary action.
